Free shipping is offered on orders over £99.99 net value to non-account customers.

Free shipping is offered to account customers on orders over £999.99 net value.

Our products are backed by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults. Items failing during that time may be returned to us under our warranty policy for investigation. Warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage. Where there are genuine manufacturing faults, we will repair or replace items at our discretion. Goods must be returned delivery paid. You are also entitled to cancel your order and return any goods that you ordered in error or no longer want, provided you notify us within 30 days of your wish to do so. Provided goods are returned to us unused and in saleable condition, we will refund the cost of items returned.

Please carefully read ALL the information below before you return your order to us. If you would like to return an order please attach a note in the parcel containing the following information:

Full name used to place the order.

The dispatch note number.

Your contact telephone number (this will only be used if we need to clarify your request).

Briefly explain why you are returning the goods e.g. late delivery, not suitable etc; what you would like us to do, i.e. would you like an exchange, refund, part refund etc. Please note that you do NOT need to return the whole order only the goods you wish to have exchanged and/or refunded.
